Wearing the bracelets while sleeping, showering or exercising should be avoided. The humidity can weaken the elastic cord that holds the bracelet together and can contribute to breakage in the future if not cared for properly.
Roll the bracelet on/off your arm, rather than pull or stretch on the beads.
